What we do

We work with youth in situations of vulnerability

In the Highlands region of Chiapas, we are promoting initiatives to strengthen communities through a culture of systemic peace, the protection of livelihoods, and economic inclusion.

We support initiatives that foster community participation, leadership, and youth-led change, building more just, supportive, and sustainable environments.

Our areas of work

Governance and Human Rights

We promote, raise awareness of, and advance the human rights of all young people to increase their participation at the local level, with a focus on inclusion and substantive equality between men and women.

Climate Action

We empower young people to acquire skills for community resilience through natural risk management, the protection of livelihoods, and the exercise of their leadership in the restoration, protection, and conservation of the environment.

Community Entrepreneurship

The program is carried out using the “Manual for Starting a Business” designed by the organization; it promotes the creation of viable, dignified, and culturally relevant economic alternatives.
